Cash Team Manager

My client is a leading financial services organisation

The Job

My client is a leading financial services business who is going from strength to strength.

A newly created role exists for an experienced individual to manage the cash department. The cash team are responsible for processing payments, reconciliation of accounts and other ad hoc duties. You will have responsibility for managing the department and be responsible for its progression ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for training and development of all direct reports as well as producing quality MI for the team processes to report into the senior management team. It is likely you will have experience of working in financial services with a strong track record in team management. You will also have strong IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Excellent organisation committed to the development of people.

Salary

£2,800 - £26,000
