Accounts Administrator

My client is a well established business based in the S9 area of Sheffield

The Job

Part Time Accounts Administrator Required 3 days per week

My client is a well established company based in the S9 area of Sheffield. An excellent opportunity exists for an individual looking to work three days per week, the client is flexible on how these hours are worked and is looking for someone to ensure all accounts and general administration duties are carried out in an accurate and timely manner. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for

Handling the accounts function including sales ledger, purchase ledger and general accounts up to trial balance

Provide the monthly financial reporting pack

Handle credit control queries

Administer the monthly payroll including the health scheme and pension

Maintain all the business/office/administrative contracts in an efficient manner

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a varied accounts role , within a manufacturing or engineering environment although this is not essential. Experience of Sage systems plus a high level of computer literacy would be desirable. You will also be a good communicator with a good ability to multi task.

Salary will be between £20,000 and £21,000 pro rated for 3 days
