Assistant Business Analyst x2

Type: Temporary Role: Business Analysis Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

My client is a leading housing charity with offices throughout the UK. An enviable opportunity has arisen for talented individuals to join the Business Support team at the organisation's Sheffield office. You will initially join on a 6-month contract, with a view to an extension thereafter.

The Job

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of supporting case management systems and providing support/training to suit.

THE ROLE:

- To provide support on the business support team to help solve CRM related queries from users and help deliver CRM training.

- To use the information contained within the case management system to produce reports.

- To support ad hoc projects by providing information and analysis as required.

- To become an expert in the systems and tools used to manage information and help others to use them effectively.

Required skills/experience:

- A demonstrable and advanced knowledge of computer literacy - particularly in Microsoft Office applications.

- An outstanding understanding of complex databases and reporting software.

- Proven experience of assisting users on information systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- To be proactive, commercially aware and customer-focused.

- A natural flair for leading change and improvement, great communication and relationship building skills.

Salary

£22,500 - £25,500
