Purchase ledger / Accounts Clerk

My client is a successful and well-established company based in the Worksop area. An exciting and flexible position has arisen within their accounts department on either a full-time or part-time basis.

You must hold a full UK driving license and your own transport to be successful in gaining this position.

My client is a successful and well-established company specialising in Property, Transport and Energy. An exciting and flexible position has arisen within their accounts department based in the Worksop area on either a full-time or part-time basis.

You must hold a full UK driving license and your own transport to be successful in gaining this position. Free parking is available on-site.

The position of Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant will involve:

• Purchase invoice Processing.

• Supplier Payment Processing.

• Bank Receonciliations.

• Use of SAGE Line 50.

• Primary Contact For Suppliers (email remittances, advise payment dates, etc).

• Analysis Work as and when required.

• Account Reconciliations.

• General Accounts & Office Support.

Experience of working within a similar Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant role is essential.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a 'can do’ attitude, a pleasant telephone manner and possess excellent communication skills.

Candidates looking for either full-time hours or part-time (20-25) hours will be considered for this role.

Salary

£16,640 - £18,720
