The position of Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant will involve:
• Purchase invoice Processing.
• Supplier Payment Processing.
• Bank Receonciliations.
• Use of SAGE Line 50.
• Primary Contact For Suppliers (email remittances, advise payment dates, etc).
• Analysis Work as and when required.
• Account Reconciliations.
• General Accounts & Office Support.
Experience of working within a similar Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant role is essential.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a 'can do’ attitude, a pleasant telephone manner and possess excellent communication skills.
Candidates looking for either full-time hours or part-time (20-25) hours will be considered for this role.
