CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - SHEFFIELD - PART TIME OR FULL TIME - PERMANENT - £6.97 AN HOUR
We are currently recruiting empathetic and professional Customer Service Advisor's on behalf of our client a dynamic and prestigious law firm based within Sheffield city centre.
About the role:
Working as first point of contact for all customers and clients you will be responsible for directing customers to the correct department and to their solicitor. You will also take details of initial legal claims and provide a professional welcome to all callers. You will join a friendly and well established team and be working in an environment where there are no sales targets or complaints.
We are offering both part time hours (a minimum of 15 up to 30 hours a week) and full time hours. The client unit is open from 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday although the core hours of business are 8am - 6pm. Working a variety of shift patterns on a weekly basis with one saturday shift 9am - 5pm every 7 weeks.
A starting salary of £12,700 (£6.97 an hour) rising up to £15,000 (£8.24 an hour) after successful completion of probation.
You will be passionate about customer services and be confident in your ability to provide the highest level of service. You will have a professional telephone manner, be confident using the telephone and have the ability to multi-task. Those with previous contact centre experience would be of particular interest.
