Inbound Customer Services Advisor - Part Time or Full Time

A large international law firm in the heart of Sheffield City Centre

The Job



Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Sheffield (easily accessible by public transport)

Salary: £6.97 an hour (£12,700) reviewed after probation up to £8.24 an hour (£15,000)

Hours: 15 to 35 hours a week over a rota between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday every 7 weeks,1 bank holiday per year

My client a leading international law firm based in Sheffield are looking to recruit reliable and experienced customer service advisors. Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience within a contact centre either inbound or outbound. Alternatively this will also suit an individual with an interest in getting into law who can demonstrate customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for both new and existing clients of the firm

*For new clients you will manage initial enquiries by taking details and provide excellent customer service.

*For existing clients you will be directing them through to the correct department to speak with their solicitor.

Therefore excellent listening skills are essential as well as a polite and professional telephone manner.
