Personal Injury Administrator

A leading Personal Injury department situated within a thriving law firm based in Sheffield.

The Job

Personal Injury Administrator - £14,000 to £16,000 DOE - Sheffield - Full time Permanent

Joining a well established law firm, your role will be to work within a busy Personal Injury department and assist with the inception of Road Traffic Accident cases.

You will pay a key part in supporting fee earners and solicitors. Once a case has been accepted you will be responsible for ensuring the fast delivery of important paperwork and documentation to the client.


* Completing and sending claim and insurance documentation

* Completing and sending out Conditional Fee Agreement documentation

* Writing letters to Third Parties

* Instructing Medical Experts

* Performing Legal Searches

Essential skills and experience:

Candidates need to demonstrate a basic understanding of Road Traffic Accident as well as demonstrate a history of working in a legal, insurance or professional company. The successful post holder will also be able to prioritise a work load, have a positive work ethic and use initiative.

Candidates with previous experience working in a similar administrative position would be of particular interest.


Salary: £14,000 to £16,000 DOE

Location: North Sheffield with free parking or easily accessible via public transport

Hours: Full Time Permanent, Immediate start available following satisfactory references

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
