Customer Service Administrator

A leading Goods Distribution Centre based in Sheffield

The Job

Customer Service Administrator - Sheffield - Full Time Permanent - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - £15,500

We are currently recruiting for an experience customer service administrator who is passionate about customer services. You will join an INBOUND Customer Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls from existing customers and solve queries relation to products, quotes and orders

* To provide customer quotes via fax, email and post

* Send out post

* Process customer orders

* Enthusiasm to learn about products and undertake training in this area

* Filing paperwork

Key Skills and Experience:

* Previous customer service experience

* Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and a passion for customer services

* A key eye for detail

* Positive can-do attitude

This is a full time permanent full time position benefiting from office hours - No weekend or evening work

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a competitive salary of £15,500
