Irwin Mitchell appoints new national head of real estate
Irwin Mitchell has announced this week that Paul Firth has been appointed as the national head of real estate. Mr Firth first joined Irwin Mitchell in 2011 and is a highly experienced senior property and development lawyer.
The appointment is part of a strategic drive to grow and build their commercial property practice. Over the past few years Irwin Mitchell estate team has grown significantly and developed relationships with national and pan-European clients.
The firm have completed more than £100m of property acquisitions over the past five months and have also taken a leading role in the construction a £50m Jewish community centre in London. In August Irwin Mitchell were approved as an ABS which means they can now receive external investors and funding.
