Raworths senior partner steps down
Senior Partner Christopher Butterworth at Harrogate law firm Raworths has announced that he is stepping down. Mr Butterworth is one of the longest serving senior partners in Yorkshire being the third generation of his family to lead the firm.
Raworths is Yorkshires oldest law firm who currently employ 52 staff and have a turnover of around £3m. The move comes after the firm recently celebrated their 125th year in 2012. The Butterworth family have been connected to Raworths since it was founded in 1887. Raworths will now be led by partner Zoe Robinson and a new leadership team has been appointed. Mr Butterworth will carry on working for the firm as a partner and on the management team.
