Addleshaw Goddard and Nabarro held possible merger talks
It has been confirmed by both firms that merger talks between Addleshaw Goddard and Nabarro’s ended at the beginning of February 2013. Discussions were only preliminary and it is unsure how long both firms had been in discussion. Further discussion will not take place and a possible merger will not happen. The combined firms could have created revenues of more than £280 million. Both firms have faced difficulties during the recession with both firms revenue growth being under 5%, as possible merger talks have ended both firms continue to have a good relationship.
