Greenwoods and Plexus confirm plans to merge
It has been confirmed that Plexus Law the insurance firm and Greenwoods are set to merge to create a £90 million defendant insurance litigation business.Both firms, which have operations in Leeds are defendant insurance litigation businesses. Once combined the firm will employ around 1,200 staff and is expected to have around 12 equity and fixed share partners. As part of the deal Greenwoods partner Malcolm Henké becomes a senior partner in the merged firm. The Greenwoods brand will remain alongside Plexus Law which is part of Parabis Law, collectively they will turn over around £150m.
