Customer Service Manager - Production

Working for a well established Manufacturing company based in North Sheffield

The Job

Sales Support Administrator - Sheffield - Full Time Permanent - salary up to £25,000

My client a leading Manufacturing company are looking for an experienced office administrator to lead the back office support.

Role: Sales Support Administrator

Salary: Up to £25,000

Location: North Sheffield

Hours: 8.45am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, 7am - 1pm Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders

* Liaise with customers and answer queries relating to orders

* Enter orders onto the system

* Ensure pricing of jobs is accurate

* Produce and maintain documentation for each job

* Maintain customer order book

* Manage customer complaints

* Produce month end reports

* Comply with health and safety requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to lead a back office. Those with a background working in manufacturing would be of particular interest.


£22,000 - £25,000
