Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring interactions are both efficient and profitable. Prioritise client satisfaction while maintaining the firm’s standards.
- Manage a diverse defendant EL/PL caseload, primarily from a retail perspective. Handle cases from the start of litigation through to trial, occasionally managing pre-litigation matters. This includes drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Provide informed recommendations on liability and quantum. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each case, utilising legal expertise to guide clients through complex legal issues.
- Operate within a larger litigation team, benefiting from a supportive supervision structure and a comprehensive case management system. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay current with changes in legislation, technical knowledge, and case law. Regularly participate in continuing education and training programmes. Utilise available resources to keep up-to-date with the latest legal developments, ensuring accurate and effective representation.
- Adhere to the firm’s risk management procedures and Money Laundering Regulations. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Refer any service or professional conduct complaints to the appropriate partner promptly.

Required Attributes:
- As the successful candidate, you will need experience in Defendant Personal Injury Claims
- Although the position is handling litigated EL / PL claims, a professional background in RTA exclusively will be accepted
