Role Overview:

  • Working in a tight-knit, close team providing comprehensive employment law services to non-profit organisations throughout the UK
  • Providing expert advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious legal matters in relation to employment law
  • Supporting the department with its ongoing growth and development

About the Organisation:

The role will be coordinating and managing a comprehensive respondent employment law caseload, within the charities and social economy space. The team provides leading edge advice to clients of all shapes and sizes, from grass roots, community based, organisations to well-known national and international charities and social enterprises who all share a common goal of improving their communities and the wider world in which we live.

  • You will be a qualified Employment Law Solicitor, local to the Leeds Area
  • If Newly Qualified, you will need to have completed a seat rotation and ideally hold a minimum of 12 months pre-qualifying work experience in employment law
  • You will ideally have experience handling respondent employment law cases with a mixture of contentious and non-contentious exposure. 
  • Exposure dealing with non-profits, social enterprises, charities, educational establishments, foundations and/or public organisations would be beneficial
