Job Title: Post Completions Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £25,000- £35,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced post completions individual to lead the team.
You will be joining an award winning firm with an excellent reputation and be instrumental in driving the post completion team forward. This role would suit an experienced manager or somebody currently working in a post completions role looking to take the next step up.
Management responsibilities:
- Day to day people management.
- Resourcing of the post completion team.
- Reporting on KPI’s.
- Providing technical expertise to the team, providing coaching/training as and when required.
- Allocation of work.
- Monitoring work and checking quality.
- Building relationships throughout the wider department.
- Measuring performance.
- Developing the team.
Post Completion role:
- Effectively support the day-to-day post completion process for the Residential Conveyancing Department.
- When required deal with clients both over the telephone and in person.
- Dealing with the Land Registry, Mortgage Lenders, and other relevant parties.
- Making applications to facilitate the registration of legal Title at the Land Registry.
- Making applications to facilitate the first registration of legal Title at the Land Registry.
- Responding to any Requisitions or queries raised by the Land Registry and other relevant parties.
- Dealing with incoming post and evidence of discharge of legal mortgages.
- Liaising with residential conveyancing teams across all offices to ensure that any outstanding queries are fully resolved at the earliest opportunity.
- Diarising and dealing with retentions held on client ledger accounts.
- Preparing files for closing and electronic archiving.
- Scanning files for electronic archiving.
- Requesting files from archive.
- Any other relevant administrative duties to assist the Post Completion team or other teams within the Conveyancing Department to work effectively.
