Our client is a leading regional law firm with offices throughout Yorkshire. A leading multi-disciplinary firm, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious conveyancing assistant/paralegal to join a reputable firm of solicitors who are able to offer fantastic training and progression opportunities.
A crucial role within the team the successful candidate will join an established and expanding new build team within the wider conveyancing department.
If successful, you will perform the following role:
- Processing quotes to new clients.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Performing ID checks.
- Processing draft contracts.
- Applying for searches.
- Processing exchange of contract paperwork.

- New build conveyancing experience desirable.
- Knowledge of conveyancing process.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
