Role: Commercial Contracts Lawyer (Locum)
Location: Remote (Head Office in London)
Hourly Rate: £50 – £55 per hour

Are you an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for a flexible, high-impact role within a prestigious large organisation? CRA Consulting is currently seeking a talented and motivated Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our client’s dynamic legal team on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Providing legal advice on contractual matters and commercial law
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate contract management
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with commercial transactions
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or legal executive with a valid practicing certificate
- Proven experience in commercial contracts law, preferably within a large organisation
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
