Our client is a law firm that operate on a national basis offering an array of legal services. Their roots were established over 30 years ago, bringing decades of experience in their respective fields.
They are now looking to bring on a CIPD Level 5 Qualified HR Advisor to deliver a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner.
If successful, you will perform the following role:
• Oversee employee relations cases.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Act on employee matters such as disciplinaries, performance management, phased returns and flexible working requests.
• Conduct workshops to educate managers on employee relations practices and workforce management strategies.
• Ensure absences are maintained within acceptable limits.
• Report directly to the HR Manager.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
• 2 years’ experience in a HR role focused on employee relations as a minimum.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified.
• Proven experience in handling high volume employee relations cases, with successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to independently assess situations and provide sound recommendations
• Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of Cezanne would be ideal but not essential.
