CRA Consulting are a dynamic forward thinking recruitment business operating in the Legal and Finance sector. We are looking for a receptionist to cover a busy summer holiday time providing receptionist and general administrative cover within our busy office in S10. The role could suit someone who is available to work this summer or looking for someone wor to start immediately.. You must be comfortable with answering the telephone and handling queries and have a good knowledge of Microsoft office products.
The Role:
- Answering the telephone as the first point of contact , handling queries and directing calls
- Provide consultants with administrative support
- Managing diaries and meeting and greeting visitors
- Formatting CV documents
- Manage the company inbox dealing with e mails
The Person
- You will be a good communicator and be comfortable using the telephone
- You will be organised, and goal focussed
- Ideally, you will some office experience although applications are welcomed from people interested in summer job who are perhaps still within education
