CRA Consulting, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Family Law Solicitor for an office-based role in Hertfordshire. This temporary position will commence in July and extend to mid-September, providing essential cover while the client finalizes the appointment of a permanent staff member.

Role Overview:
As a Locum Family Law Solicitor, you will manage a caseload comprising exclusively private family law matters, with a strong emphasis on divorce and ancillary relief cases. You will work within a supportive office environment, benefiting from secretarial assistance to ensure the efficient handling of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full caseload of private family law matters, primarily focusing on divorce and ancillary relief.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Managing cases from inception to conclusion, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the secretarial support team to ensure smooth and effective case management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in family law.
  • Proven experience in managing divorce and ancillary relief cases.
  • Ability to work effectively within an office environment, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Available to commence in July and commit to the role until mid-September.
