In this civil litigation role, you will handle a busy and broad caseload expected in a fast moving high street environment including:
 

• Property litigation
• Boundary disputes
• Neighbour disputes
• Landlord and tenant
• Employment,
• Contested probate
• Consumer contracts
• Debt recovery
• Personal injury
• Contract disputes

The Head of Department thinks that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 4 years PQE but will consider those will less. The role will suit a civil litigation lawyer who is technically strong, self-motivated and happy to get into the local community to promote the firm and department.
