Role & Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
• Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
• Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email on civil matters.
• Setting up new claims
• Updating case notes on current notes
• Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements

Legal Coverage:

• Civil Disputes
• Boundary Issues
• Contract Breaches
• Negligence
• Debt Advice
• Landlord & Tennant Disputes

Required Attributes (ideal but not essential)

• Law Degree
• Experience working as a legal helpline advisor desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
