Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert legal counsel in family law, including divorce, child custody, and prenuptial agreements.
- Efficiently handle a diverse caseload, ensuring top-quality client service.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to offer holistic legal solutions.
- Engage in business development to expand the firm’s family law practice.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with relevant experience in family law.
- Strong legal skills, including case management, research, and client advocacy.
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at client and team interactions.
- Commitment to high-quality service and ethical practice.
