Role Overview & Introduction: 

  • Handling a ranged caseload of contentious & non-contentious employment law matters including but not limited to HR advice, internal employment law matters, discrimination, dismissals, redundancies, settlement agreements etc.
  • This role is a mixture of claimant and respondent work
