About the business:

CRA Legal are working with a leading specialist Conveyancing business, part of an established law firm with offices across England and Wales. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern firm with a focus on technological expertise, with a varied caseload of clients from both locally and further afield.

Duties:

• Assisting with the opening and closing of files
• Undertaking conveyancing searches
• Preparing documents and letters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
• Managing deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Handling telephone and email enquiries

• Exposure to Residential Conveyancing.
• Professional and detailed oriented
• Comfortable speaking with clients
