About the Firm & Role:
Our client is an established and reputable solicitors firm with locations across North Lincolnshire and the Humber area. With a history dating back over 75 years this firm has built up an excellent reputation for providing friendly, professional and tailored legal advice to clients within the local community.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced private client solicitor or fee earner to join the wills and probate team .This role could be based at any one of the above-mentioned offices. We are looking for professional, experienced and ambitious individuals to come in and join a stable team with a wide array of experience within the sector.

This role will see you advising clients and running a varied caseload of matters including Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning, as well as a involving Probate applications, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications.

We are ideally looking for this role to see you oversee and support more junior members of the team and support the head of department with the day to day running of the department.

About you:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
