Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Working closely with a senior director, servicing a varied civil litigation caseload, including but not limited to boundary & land disputes, professional negligence, property damage claims, debt recovery and contract disputes. 
  • Conducting case reviews following disputes in liability, cases with complexity, where settlement & costs proposals are rejected, where further investigations are required etc.. 
  • Allocation of administrative tasks as / when required
  • Attending hearings, preparing cases and instructing council as / when required

Application Criteria’s: 

  • Experience handling traditional civil litigation claims is essential
  • Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
  • Applications from Trainee’s due to qualify welcome
  • Qualified by experience or experienced civil litigators applications more than welcome
