Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
Finance and Billing Support
- Manage international financial matters, including adjusting client rates as required.
- Monitor extensions for international matters and conduct monthly audits of billing credit allocations.
- Utilise key finance and billing systems to handle WIP/billing enquiries and manage digital resources.
Platform Management
- Provide comprehensive support for a business platform, addressing general queries and issues.
- Deliver training sessions for new joiners to familiarise them with platform functionalities.
- Carry out regular maintenance tasks, such as user management and generating management reports.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the platform by taking ownership of projects such as data maintenance and uploading template documents.
Programme Champion Role
- Serve as the Permanent Programme Champion, leading initiatives and chairing related meetings.
- Provide guidance and support for programme-led projects.
Content and Communications
- Collate and edit content for regular internal newsletters.
- Maintain and update induction materials, including onboarding booklets.
- Conduct induction sessions with new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Experience in legal sector (preferred)
- Financial & billing systems experience (desired)
- Administrative, Finance Administration and/or Data Analysis (essential)
