After a comprehensive, tailored 2-week training programme, you’ll become a key player in one of the firm’s high-performing teams. You’ll manage a diverse caseload that includes freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Take Ownership of the Process: From the initial sale or purchase to completion, you’ll manage the full cycle of transactions, working closely with clients, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.

Minimise Risk: You’ll have a keen eye for risk management, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and client interests are protected.

Handle the Detail: Organise files, issue contracts, manage enquiries, review searches, and handle all the legal aspects of a transaction to ensure smooth completion.

Collaborate Seamlessly: Work alongside mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other partners to ensure funds transfer smoothly, contracts are exchanged, and legal completion is achieved without a hitch.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience Matters: You’ll need at least 2 years of conveyancing experience, with a proven track record of managing your own caseload.

Client-Centric: Exceptional communication and client service skills are a must. You know how to make clients feel supported and understood throughout the process.

Organised and Detail-Driven: You’ll need to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to stay on top of things will be key.
