- Build Relationships: Regularly communicate with clients, solicitors, panel members, and referral businesses to keep them updated on transaction progress.
- Mentor Your Team: Guide junior colleagues, setting an example for file management and professional conduct.
- Stay Current: Engage in ongoing training, one to one’s, and performance reviews, contributing your modern approach to conveyancing and helping the business stay at the cutting edge.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with SLAs, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and other SRA requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a conveyancing fee earner role. We’re also happy to consider more experienced candidates.
- Property Expertise: Comfortable managing a range of property transactions, including leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.
- Target-Driven: A strong track record of meeting personal targets and adhering to business KPIs.
- Self-Motivated: You’re able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Client-Focused: You’re an excellent communicator, providing outstanding client service every time.
- Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot potential issues before they arise.
- Process-Driven: You embrace modern conveyancing practices, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance at all times.
