• Freehold and leasehold properties
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership sales and purchases

You’ll be a trusted partner for clients, ensuring smooth transactions while collaborating with an exceptional team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking Charge: Manage the full cycle of conveyancing transactions, from instruction to completion.
• Delivering Excellence: Provide proactive and clear updates to clients, mortgage brokers, and estate agents.
• Building Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering personalised, high-quality service.
• Minimising Risk: Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met while protecting client interests.
• Managing Details: Handle enquiries, review searches, issue contracts, and organise the legal framework for seamless completion.
• Collaborating Effectively: Work with lenders, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a hassle-free process.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates who bring passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence:

• Proven Expertise: At least 2 years of experience managing your own caseload in conveyancing, including new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Client-Focused: Outstanding communication skills and a knack for making clients feel supported.
• Highly Organised: A talent for managing multiple priorities with precision and accuracy.
