Background

I was one of the co-founders of CRA and am now Managing Director.  With over 20 years’ experience in Financial Recruitment, I am very much of the ‘old school’ (there are a few of us still about and if you know, you know!).

As the team’s senior finance recruiter, I help ambitious finance teams and accountancy firms across the UK find the right people to grow their business.  I also work with senior finance professionals in industry and private practice find the exactly the right next role .  A key part of successfully doing both these jobs is making best use of the extensive network of clients and candidates I have built up over the last two decades.

As Managing Director, I also recruit closer to home.  I have the responsibility for recruiting the new Consultants we need to grow our team.

I pride myself on my ability to deliver solutions for my clients and get my candidates fantastic new jobs that will help them continue to build their career.  My reward is seeing the results and watching both our clients’ companies and our candidates’ careers develop in the best way possible.

Outside of work

For me spare time means HIIT, teenagers … and shopping!

I am a keen runner and love a bit of HIIT (courtesy of TRIB3 in Sheffield).  I am also kept very busy by my teenage children but between exercise and children, I can always find time for good food and nice wine and walk all that off satisfying my other main interest, I’m an absolute shopaholic!
