Prior to joining CRA, Alastair worked as a Pensions Administrator before becoming a Sales Negotiator at a local estate agent. His ability to navigate both the real estate and financial markets showcases his proficiency in client relations and sales strategies.
In his new role, Alastair Pickford will specialise in Legal Recruitment, focusing on Legal Support, Administrators, Legal Secretaries, and Law Grads. His diverse background, coupled with his proven track record in sales and financial administration, positions him as a valuable asset in meeting the unique demands of the legal recruitment sector.
