We are a dynamic forward thinking recruitment business operating in the recruitment sector based in S10 in a modern open plan office with free car parking . We are looking for a tenacious individual interested in working in the recruitment sector to join our team. Applications are welcomed from individuals either with a strong office administration background or customer service, looking to get more into office administration. We are a busy office and a really friendly team. You will work closely with the Consultants to support them in their day-to-day role, there will be a mixture of administrative and telephone based work and full training will be given. You will need to have a keen interest in working in a fast paced sales driven company and have a good knowledge of Mircosoft office including word and Excel.
The Role:
- Answering the telephone and being the first point of contact handling queries coming into the office
- Working with consultants to source and speak to candidates
- Provide consultants with administrative support
- Assist with compliance and sending out temporary confirmations
- Managing temps timesheets and deal with queries
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required
The Person
- You will be a good communicator and be comfortable using the telephone
- You will be organised and goal focussed
- Ideally, you will have some admninstrative skills within an office setting and be comfortable using Microsoft office products including Word and Excel .and ideally Xero although full training is given
