A vacancy has arisen in their well-known dispute resolution team, based in their Rotherham Office. The role is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified legal professional with previous experience handling civil dispute cases. The role offers high scope for progression and rewarded work. 

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Civil Litigation Chartered Legal Executive:

• Overseeing a varied civil litigation caseload including professional negligence, landlord & tenant disputes, contract disputes, inheritance disputes, property damage, neighbour disputes, and debt advice

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

• You will be a qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• You will ideally be a Trainee Solicitor soon to qualify, or a Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive who has qualified in the last year
• Experience handling professional negligence and debt recovery is highly beneficial
• Property litigation essential (landlord & tenant, damage & disrepair, boundary disputes, contract disputes)
• Additional experience with inheritance disputes desired
