CRA Consulting is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded and well-established firm of solicitors in Luton. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Locum to join their dynamic team. This role is to provide essential cover from 5th August to 15th August.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Civil Litigation Locum, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters. Your duties will include:

• Managing a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to conclusion, including boundary disputes, debt recovery, to mention a few areas.
• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Representing clients in court hearings and tribunals.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
   

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in civil litigation.
• Proven track record of managing a varied caseload independently.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
