CRA Legal are working in partnership with a well-established law firm with strong routes in the local community. The firm offer a range of legal services to clients and pride themselves on being an approachable, expert and dependable legal practice with high ethical standards.
A vacancy has arisen in their well-known dispute resolution team, based in their Rotherham Office. The role is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified legal professional with previous experience handling civil dispute cases. The role offers high scope for progression and rewarded work.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- Overseeing a varied civil litigation caseload including professional negligence, landlord & tenant disputes, contract disputes, inheritance disputes, property damage, neighbour disputes and debt advice

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
- You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- You will ideally be a Trainee Solicitor soon to qualify, or a Solicitor / Legal Executive who has qualified in the last year
- Experience handling professional negligence and debt recovery is highly beneficial
- Property litigation essential (landlord & tenant, damage & disrepair, boundary disputes, contract disputes)
- Additional experience with inheritance disputes desired
