Role Overview:
As a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development work. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling commercial property transactions from inception to completion
• Advising clients on property law and related matters
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and lease agreements
• Conducting due diligence and managing risk
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law
• Proven experience in managing a varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Benefits:
