Role Overview:
Our client, a renowned legal entity, is experiencing a significant influx of work and requires a skilled Construction Lawyer to assist during this busy period. The role is expected to last between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on the project’s demands and your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on construction law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documentation.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation related to construction projects.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
   

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor/barrister with a strong background in construction law.
• Demonstrable experience in handling construction-related legal matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
