Role Overview:

  • Advisory and Transactional Work: Provide legal advice on a wide range of construction projects, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts 
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle construction disputes, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Risk Management: Advise clients on risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant construction laws and regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and building standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other solicitors, partners, and support staff to deliver seamless legal services.
  • Business Development: Assist in business development activities, including networking, attending industry events, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
