Your Role
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You’ll be handling everything from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity, working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring each transaction runs smoothly, with a focus on delivering exceptional service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
• Work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure transactions progress seamlessly.
• Conduct title checks, searches, and draft contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide top-tier client service, maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be interacting with clients and professionals at all levels.
• Team Player: While you’ll work independently, you’ll also collaborate effectively within the team, contributing to a positive environment.
• Client-Focused: A proactive approach to client service with a focus on building long-lasting, trusting relationships.
