Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Reading
Salary: £32,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus annual bonus

About the Role:

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a prestigious and well-established legal practice in Reading, currently seeking a talented and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Providing high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient conveyancing process.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system.
• Contributing to the development and growth of the conveyancing department.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and efficiently.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using case management systems.
