Corporate Finance Executive Hybrid working Sheffield £42,000 to £50,000 plus benefits 

My client is a well-established award winning regional firm with a strong presence locally who is looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Exectuvie to join its highly successful team. Experience of working in general accounting,with a strong background in accounts preparation / audit would be transferable into this role. If you have recently qualified ACCA / ACA and you are looking for a varied role and have a strong desire to work within corporate finance this could be for you. 

Key Responsibilities :-

• Conduct bespoke research projects for disposal and acquisition clients
• Produce detailed information memorandums for distribution.
•  Manage distribution of non-disclosure agreements and information
• Project manage offers and liase with client.
• Liase with tax and accounts teams where necessary
• Prepare due diligence reports with the guidance of the Partner/ Director 
• Review share purchase agreements and revert with feedback to lawyers. 
• Complete pitch presentations for business development 
• Networking in the local business community with lawyers, funders and the banks
• Preparation of forecasts for fund purposes 
• Preparation of detailed business plans  

  
The Person

• The role would be suitable for someone either working within Corporate finance and looking for that next move or for someone who has recently qualified (ACCA/ ACA) in accounts / audit with a desire to move into Corporate Finance. 
• You will demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen and have excellent analytical skills 
• You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise work. 
• You will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player
• Strong verbal , grammar and numerical skills and the ability to prepare high quality documentation.
