Role Overview:

  • Case Management: Handle a varied caseload of claimant and respondent files, from initial instruction to resolution, including employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, and negotiations.
  • Legal Advice: Provide clear, practical, and tailored legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, employment contracts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Tribunal Representation: Represent clients at employment tribunals, including preparing and drafting tribunal documents, witness statements, and conducting advocacy where appropriate.
  • Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and procedures. Negotiate settlements and advise on terms and conditions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor to both employers and employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the firm’s quality and risk management policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and billing promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments, providing support and sharing expertise to enhance overall service delivery.
