Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a range of administrative tasks throughout a busy clinical / medical negligence department
- Handling, processing and screening all new enquiries
- Typing up legal documentation
- Setting appointments and managing diaries
- Sending of court bundles
- Taking notes during meetings
- Handling and screening communications
- Responding to email communications
- Booking and organising travel arrangements
