Role: Temporary Legal Secretary – Conveyancing
Location: Hendon, London
Salary: £15-£17 per hour £30,000 to £33,000
Duration: 4 weeks but ongoing
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Conveyancing? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a reputable law firm in Hendon on a temporary basis. This role offers an immediate start for a duration of 4 weeks (potentially longer), with a competitive hourly rate of £15 – £17.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit searches and complete Land Registry Applications.
- Providing secretarial support (audio typing and document production).
- Efficient administration skills associated with a busy office environment.
- Setting up new client files and carrying out case management.
- Some diary management and telephone contact.
- Corresponding with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to start the role.
