Role Overview:
As the Multi-Track Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of fee earners and overseeing the management of complex multi-track cases. The role involves driving case progression, delivering excellent client service, and ensuring high standards across the board.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of high-value personal injury, clinical negligence, or civil litigation claims.
• Leading and mentoring a team of fee earners, offering guidance and support to ensure effective case management.

• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and firm policies, maintaining excellent standards throughout.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing multi-track cases, ideally within personal injury, clinical negligence, or civil litigation.
• Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, delivering results under pressure.
