Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Running a personal injury caseload, following accidents in the workplace or in public space (EL PL).
- Following portal exit, assess and review liability, making decisions on settlements
- Handling disputes in liability, reviewing key evidence and statements
- Negotiating between claimants and defends to reach outcomes and case conclusion
- Preparing cases for litigation where required

Required Application Criteria:
- It is vital you hold a professional background in personal injury law
- Experience handling public liability and employer liability personal injury claims
- Working knowledge of the MOJ Portal
- Working knowledge of the OIC Portal (desired)
