Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Running a personal injury caseload, following accidents in the workplace or in public space (EL PL). 
  • Following portal exit, assess and review liability, making decisions on settlements 
  • Handling disputes in liability, reviewing key evidence and statements
  • Negotiating between claimants and defends to reach outcomes and case conclusion
  • Preparing cases for litigation where required

Required Application Criteria:

  • It is vital you hold a professional background in personal injury law
  • Experience handling public liability and employer liability personal injury claims 
  • Working knowledge of the MOJ Portal
  • Working knowledge of the OIC Portal (desired)
