About the Firm
CRA Legal are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm in their Private Client department, handling a wide range of private client work and develop your own caseload.
The role will see you:
- Handle a wide range of PC work such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Elderly Client, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney
- Support the Contentious Probate Team
- Support existing Private Client fee earners whilst developing your own caseload
- Achieve fee earning targets as set by the Company
- Comply with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Undertake learning and development for Continuing Competence (as defined by the SRA)

About you:
- Min. 3 years’ PQE in private client matters
- Work efficiently on a high volume of workloads
- Computer literate and competent in MS Office programmes
- Self-sufficient with the ability to work within a team
- Utilise the case management system
